1. Description of the Service

The Service lets you send application logs (via our NPM package or API) to destinations you configure (your DB, webhook, or our hosted storage) and view logs in our dashboard. We process and sanitize log data. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

2. Account and Eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and safeguard your password and API keys. You must be at least 16 (or age of majority in your jurisdiction) and not barred from using the Service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Service illegally; send malicious code or spam; gain unauthorized access; overwhelm or abuse the Service; resell in a competing manner; send sensitive data in violation of law. We may suspend or terminate access for violation or security risk.

4. Your Data

You retain rights in your data. You grant us a limited license to use, process, and store it only as necessary to provide the Service. When you use your own destination, you are the data controller; we process as your processor. When you use our hosted storage, we store and delete per our retention policy.

5. Fees

We may offer a free tier with limited usage. We can change free-tier limits with reasonable notice. Paid plans and price changes are as stated on our pricing page or order.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) $100 for free-tier accounts. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We disclaim all warranties. You use the Service at your own risk.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate for breach, non-payment, or to protect the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ceases; we delete or return your data per our retention policy.
